Some tips:
Milos is a small island, if you have a car, location is not as relevant because every drive is 15 minute or less.
When to book: As soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Same goes for cars and quads.
How much: Milos has accommodation for every type of guest. If you look to have a better price, choose the hotel or room you like and find it on the maps. When you do simply call the owner and say you saw the room on booking for X€. Try to strike a bargain. Greeks are honest people and will give you a better deal that will lead in a win win situation.
